I am Sean O’Dwyer, a psychotherapist and supervisor in Ealing.

Transactional Analysis (TA) is my main theoretical framework which places an emphasis on the relationships that we experienced in our formative years. These ways of relating if unexplored, confine us and impact our relationships with ourselves and others in our adult lives.

Adapting in any way to be accepted, protected and loved can inhibit one’s growth as we have given up vital aspects of our personal authority. Working to notice and liberate oneself from these outdated and restrictive ways of being enables greater autonomy and aliveness & self-awareness. Living a self-determining life of meaning and purpose, more aligned to who you really are is something we all strive for.

I hold an MSc in Transactional Analysis psychotherapy and a diploma in Integrative and Transpersonal Supervision.

I am a member of the UK Council for Psychotherapy, (UKCP), and The European Association of Transactional Analysis, (EATA).

Fees

My fees are £75 per session. Each individual sessions is 50 minutes long. You may pay by cash, bank transfer or cheque at the beginning of each session.
